This is a good Manual Transmission. When possible the transmission is ran while on the hoist and shifted through the gears. The pan is removed, inspected and fluid is drained. If it is a 4x4 transmission, it will not include the transfer case.

You are bidding on a 1968 Oldsmobile 442 m21 4 speed transmission. Correct for W30. Tag # 3915085. Vin # 38M263358. Date P8A17. Case # 3925660. Cover # 3884685. Tail housing 3857584. Single groove input shaft with 2.20 ratio 1st gear. Vin shows it was it was built for the Oldsmobile Lansing Michigan plant. Date is Jan 17th 1968. Tag # 3915085 is correct for Oldsmobile & Chevelle. Chevelle the vin would start with 1 & tail housing would need changed. Transmission turn fine by hand & goes in & out of gears. I have no previous history so selling as a rebuildable core.
