1937 Chevy Carb. Part

This carter W-1 was the only carburetor rebuilt, of a multi-carb setup in 1968. All carbs were set up with removed chokes and butterfly valves, also air cleaners were replaced with funnel stacks. Two new screws replaced worn flat screwdriver bolts. Soon after the engine began leaking oil worse from the real seal, after about one month the engine was scrapped. I purchased this carb. From the old mechanic in 1990 to make a lamp, but decided it was too good to risk, even a scratch. Height 6 ¾ x 5in. Weight 4 1/2lb. $75.
