I put everything at factory spec: Floats 7/16” at closed (Edelbrock), 35mm (Weber) Bleed screws at 1.5 turns out from seated (Edelbrock), 1 turn out (Weber) Idle screw at 1.5 turns from beginning to open blades I spray all my rebuilds with Sharkhide, it will protect the aluminum from oxidizing for a few years.
