Carter AFB Carburetor 4033S. From the info that I can find, I believe this correct for a 66 GTO with a Manual trans. The primaries, secondaries and choke all move. The accelerator pump linkage seems to be hanging up. I have to push it down a little to get the primaries to open. There is a little corrosion or something on the front edge of the lower flanges as shown. This is being sold as a core for rebuild. See the pictures.
