I believe this is correct for 1983 Honda Accord - verify it is correct for your application prior to purchase. It fits 29 spline shafts. The back of the horn button is stamped A084534110011 (from what I could tell). The texture is worn on the outer edge of the wheel. Only two of the four screws holding the horn button on are intact.
