I was happy in the end because this worked even though the insert felt loose when I threaded it in. I used a big gob of Red Locktite and screwed in the new 12mm bolt with a fiber washer. once I hand tightened the bolt it snugged up nicely and I have since put about 500 miles on my little '98 Toyota Tacoma without a single drop of leakage.
