This is an original SBC (Small Block Chevrolet) V8 motor OEM Chevrolet left cast exhaust manifold 8 cylinder engine. Part number 3872741. It is in a good used condition. Dont find any cracks or breaks. There is one missing stud (see close-up pic). It does look like one or both of the other studs are bent.
