Electrical test: measure ohm's (dead injectors rejected) 2.  Ultra-sonic bath: break up and dissolve debris. 3\. Flushed in/out: remove debris inside. 4.  Flow/Pattern tested in both static and dynamic modes. 5\. Apply a thin coat of crystal clear enamel 6\. Assemble with new Filter, O-rings and pintle cap. We process injectors as soon the order comes in and all sales go out same day if order by 2pm. Please, find out the part number of the injector you have, it must match the injector you are buying 14 day Hassle free returns from the date of purchase: All Fuel injectors must be returned as you receive them: unused, clean and sealed package, you may save money on return cost by writing on package the following: "Refused,Return to Sender" once we get the package back, a refund minus $7 dollars will be issued. Our used/remanufactured injectors have a lifetime warranty as long as you own the car and this is not transferable, in the event that you need to replace any injectors here below are the steps and procedures: 1\. If within 30 days from date of purchase an injector is found to be faulty, we will immediately send a replacement/s ASAP. We will pay for the cost of shipping. 2\.
