Used truck side headlight adapter wiring harness/headlight harness for Western, Fisher and Snow-Ex plows. Part number 69817-1. This headlight adapter harness is for HB3/H11 or HIR2 headlights and is for 3 port modules only. This is for newer GM trucks with HB3/H11 or HIR2 headlight bulbs. This harness plugs into ports B and C on the 3 port modules. Before purchasing, make sure you use Western's QuickMatch/Fisher's E-match/SnowEx PowerMatch to make sure this is the correct light harness for your truck and plow. This was removed from a 2018 Chevy 2500 with an ultra mount western plow
