Removed from a 2016 Dodge 2500. Good working condition no issues. Here is a OEM truck side headlight adapter wiring harness/headlight harness for Western, Fisher and Snow-Ex plows. Part number 69803. This headlight adapter harness is for HIR2/HB3 headlights and is for 3 port modules only. This is for 13-19 Dodge Ram 1500 Classic (your 13-19 Dodge Ram 1500 must be a classic with HIR2/HB3 headlights for this harness to work) and 13-14 Dodge Ram 2500, 3500 with HIR2/HB3 headlights. This harness plugs into ports B and C on the 3 port modules. This harness will not work on a 4 port module.
