Vtg Western Snow Plow Joystick Controls Cable Ends Moved When Stick Maneuvered

Some of the installation has been worn off the cables and that may be seen in the pictures. The end of the cable still move when the joystick is maneuvered and that may be seen in the pictures as well. There are some cracks in the joystick housing and that may be seen in the pictures. I'm not sure if that can be repaired. It is listed for parts are not working, there are some defects. Please use pictures to help determine condition
