I’m not sure but I think this is a previously used item. It is not dated but probably manufactured in the 60s or 50s I think. Lots of good pictures for you to see. The filtration inside is little holes through the middle. Looks pretty clean and solid there’s one little place around the top edge I have pictured up close that has some residue on it
