This is a vintage Fiat 500 Topolino 12-Volt voltage regulator. Part number 842603. It is a TIPO A/3-300/12 on the stamp. Original units were mostly made by Magneti Morelli. Mechanical external regulator designed for classic fiats that use a dynamo charging system and not an alternator. Fiat Topolino years of production was 1936–1955.
