Filter housing donor was a 1948 REO D19b with a Continental 226 flathead six. Filter housing is known as a bypass type filter, and this one shows for use with a cartridge type filter (WIX 51100 currently in place). Threads on the housing are positive and without issue. 1/8" inverted flare brass fittings for inlet and outlet - Inlet is marked. Bracket bolt pattern is 4.25" vertical on center by 3.75" horizontal on center. Presented as removed, but not cleaned. I'd urge you to do a thorough cleaning inside and out, and probably treat the exterior to a shot of your favorite coating or color (orange and black makes me believe this is a FRAM, but i cannot confirm that). Clearing out the spares and duplicates from my stash offlathead stuff, so this filter housing and bracket can go on to a better home. Ships via USPS Priority within the lower 48 states; please verify your USPS delivery address upon checkout. Thanks for looking!
