Here is a VINTAGE RBM REGULATOR / CUT OUT / RELAY, specific application unknown. I am guessing this may be a horn relay but this is only a guess. This unit came from the workshop of a Packard collector. It looks to be in good used condition with the main flaw being that the paint is worn off here and there throughout.
