For sale is a used OEM GM LS rear engine cover (rear main seal housing / crank seal retainer) from an LS-series engine (LQ4 6.0L style and similar Gen III/IV applications). Part number stamped 12559287. This cover comes with a \*\*brand new rear main seal\*\* already installed. It also includes the full set of original OEM mounting bolts. Condition details (see all photos for full transparency): • Good used condition with normal surface oxidation, oil residue, and wear. • Brand new rear main seal installed and ready to use. • One bolt is broken off in the bottom right oil pan mounting hole (see close-up photos). This is the long oil pan bolt location on the passenger side rear. The broken stud remains in the hole. • All other mounting holes and sealing surfaces are straight and usable. • Comes with the complete set of OEM bolts that were removed with the cover. This is a direct replacement for most GM LS engines including LQ4, LQ9, LM7, 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6 and many LSX swap projects. Important notes: • Sold as-is, no warranty.
