Used, light scuffs, has both stanchions w/attaching brackets, missing 1 allthread screw, one support screw, and all the in-trunk undersupport brackets. This was on a 1970 Challenger, then a 2014 challenger. I have no idea the manufacturer but its an after-market wing. Nice shape. Not perfect, but no noticable scratches or any defects to draw any attention. Normal wear. Only comes with hardware shown, no more or less. AS-IS.
