Two stages upon arrival to the warehouse — a meticulous visual inspection and automatic tests (water and air pressure). The third stage, one more visual inspection, is performed before the shipment. If we detect leaks/defects, we immediately contact the customer and offer him a full refund or a replacement for an alternative in the same price category. Professional pre-sale service All of our tires are inspected, air tested, and professionally repaired/patched if required. We do not sell tires with repairs in the sidewalls.
