**Upper Intake Manifold Cover** P/N 20989145 This was taken from a2011 GMC Sierra 2500HD, CREW cab, short bed, single rear wheel, 6.6L duramax diesel, Automatic Allison 1000 transmission, 4x4, cruise control with power locks and power windows. Truck was driven down the road and inspected prior to part out.
