We are not able to ship this item until we confirm these details with you, so please make sure that you pay attention for messages sent after purchase. \- LTL Freight carriers require a commercially-zoned business address with a loading dock or forklift to unload the item. We have access to specialty freight carriers that can deliver to a residential address. There may be additional fees for this service.
