In the event of a problem found to be from workmanship error or part defect, 505 Speeds will repair or replace any part upon inspection is found to have defective materials or workmanship, at no charge. Transmission parts damage caused by anything other than workmanship error or parts defects, will be the sole responsibility of you the buyer/user. In the event of a workmanship error or parts defect, 505 Speeds is not liable for including but not limited to any shop labor charges, charges to install/remove to and from vehicle by other shops, towing charges etc. In the event of an issue with the transmission and you believe it’s a workmanship error or parts defect and needs to be sent back, the buyer/user will be responsible for return shipping charges. When the transmission is received and proper diagnosis of the problem is found to be workmanship error or parts defect, shipping charges will be refunded. Warranty does not cover the costs of repairing or replacing transmission parts due to damage caused by improper installation including but not limited to: -Transmission damage from misadjusted clutch cables or improperly bled hydraulic clutch systems -Improper installation, input shaft alignment/seating of transmission, improper clutch assembly installation -Worn clutch/bad clutch release and or transmission related drivetrain components (fork, pivot ball, clutch release bearing, slave cylinder, clutch cables etc.) -Mismatched, broken, worn or missing pilot bearing -Loose bolts, missing bolts, or both -Using with no oil, low oil, wrong oil fill capacity amount or the use of oils, lubricants or fluids of a type other than those recommended by the manufacturer for your specific model of transmission. Each transmission will include the recommended oil type and capacity for your specific model. It is the responsibility of the buyer/user to ensure the transmission is professionally installed to function at its full potential and live a long life. Wearable components associated with a transmission installation, including but not limited to clutch assembly, cable/slave cylinder, mounts, bushings, driveshaft yoke etc. should be inspected for wear or replacement. Worn components like these can cause unnecessary damage or mislead the buyer/user to believe that there is a transmission problem. 505 Speeds will not be liable to any damage caused to the transmission or vehicle, drivetrain parts, or physical harm due to improper installation and will be the responsibility of the buyer/user. Lastly this warranty does not cover a transmission used for racing or competition, nor does it cover any damage caused by racing (street or track), competition, abuse or mishandling/user error.
