HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT CELLS: The older your pack the less mAh you'll need to use to repair the pack. 50k to 80k miles = 5000 mAh cells. 80k to 150k miles = 4000 mAh cells. 150k + 200k miles = 3000 mAh cells. We will take pictures of the cells before we ship them out to you. ) 4\. Not Accepted. Doesn't fit. ( You have to make sure you are purchasing the right cells. Example: This will not fit in a Honda hybrid battery. ) 5\. Not Accepted. Using something other than the Panlong OBD2 reader or Dr Prius App to diagnose pack cell failures. 6\. Not Accepted. No pictures of the cell within the battery pack. ( We have to verify you placed the cell in the correct location and it didn't work ) 7\. Not Accepted. Immediately requesting a return without contact us for support first. All our cells are rigorously tested electrically and inspected mechanically to fit and function with the Toyota Prius BMS at the rated capacity. We send out test data sheet and repair procedures are included in the shipping box. Do not throw those away. Look for them in the shipping box.
