We are seeing transit times take up to 10 business days along with very delayed/incorrect statuses correctly. We've see many times where it says label created or picked up, a week goes by with no update and then it says out for delivery. Additionally, we can drop your package off at USPS, but they may take 1-2 days to process it before it will begin transit. USPS is shorthanded and cannot always process the volume of packages and letters they receive in a single day. Again, we ask for your patience as there is nothing that we can do and is beyond our control. Rest assured, your product has shipped and is in transit. - **When do you ship?** We ship Monday-Friday.
