We are not able to ship this item until we confirm these details with you, so please make sure that you pay attention for messages sent after purchase. \- LTL Freight carriers require a commercially-zoned business address with a loading dock or forklift to unload the item. Most of our customers choose to ship directly to the shop that is installing their part as long as it is a commercially-zoned business address. \- Residential delivery is not included in the free shipping. We have access to specialty freight carriers that can deliver to a residential address. There may be additional fees for this service. There are residential delivery restrictions you must meet for residential delivery to be successful:      ~ It is important to make sure there is an adult home between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, to inspect and sign for the item. You may not receive calls from drivers in advance, so someone must be home during those hours to receive it.      ~ Freight carriers will not leave deliveries unattended at drop-off locations. An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.      ~ No deliveries can be made to apartments, condos, town homes or similar shared living spaces. Stand-alone homes only. As long as you can handle these restrictions, it is possible to have this delivered to your home. Returns All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit.
