Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it. **A Grade**\- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age. **B Grade**\- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. **C Grade**\- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage. **No Grade**\- A part that has not yet been graded. Payment All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement. Shipping Items are processed after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. All orders placed after 1pm CST will begin being processed by the next business day. Our facility is closed on weekends and holidays. **FOR STANDARD SHIPPING ITEMS:** \- For small parts, they will ship via UPS or FedEx with live tracking information. Once shipped, please allow up to 6 business days for your part to arrive, depending on your location. **FOR FREIGHTED ITEMS:** \- Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment. We will contact you after purchase to confirm shipping information, contact information, and part fitment before item ships. We are not able to ship this item until we confirm these details with you, so please make sure that you pay attention for messages sent after purchase. \- LTL Freight carriers require a commercially-zoned business address with a loading dock or forklift to unload the item. Most of our customers choose to ship directly to the shop that is installing their part as long as it is a commercially-zoned business address. \- Residential delivery is not included in the free shipping. We have access to specialty freight carriers that can deliver to a residential address. There may be additional fees for this service. There are residential delivery restrictions you must meet for residential delivery to be successful:      ~ It is important to make sure there is an adult home between 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, to inspect and sign for the item. You may not receive calls from drivers in advance, so someone must be home during those hours to receive it.      ~ Freight carriers will not leave deliveries unattended at drop-off locations. An adult must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.      ~ No deliveries can be made to apartments, condos, town homes or similar shared living spaces. Stand-alone homes only. As long as you can handle these restrictions, it is possible to have this delivered to your home. Returns All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Please message us with any questions. Warranty All parts come with a standard 90-day warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part. If you have a problem with the part, changed your mind or the part does not fit, simply let us know. You have 90 Days from the purchase date to return it for a full refund. We are here to help. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
