In good, used condition. This one is GRAY in color. Some others that I have come across are neutral or tan, so please make sure that you are looking for gray prior to purchase.  No broken tabs or cracks. Lights were TESTED and work. Lightbulbs are included and worked at the time of testing, but are not guaranteed to work upon arrival since they are somewhat delicate and may fail during shipping. Wiring pigtail shown in the photos was present for testing purposes and is not included with the purchase.
