A Grade\- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.B Grade\- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. Shipping We ship all smaller parts free of charge to US addresses within the 48 states via FedEx ground. Engines, transmissions, carriers, transfer cases, doors, and other body parts are shipped using Flat Rate Freight. For frieght items, delivery to residential or business is available, and the delivery truck will come equipped with a lift-gate service if needed at no additional charge. No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box please. International shipping is available only on select items and to certain areas. See shipping details above next to the shipping price. Pick up at our facilities is available. Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery, although most orders arrive much quicker. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. If an item arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible. We may have a replacement part and can ship it out immediately. Due to high demand, short supply or human error, occasionally we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens, we will contact you immediately and offer you the option of waiting for the part to come in stock, or a full refund. **An additional charge may be applied for shipments to West Coast states.** Warranty/Guarantee All parts come with a 90-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 90 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. We must recieve the part back at our store to issue the refund. Return shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was damaged during shipment or we shipped the wrong part. If you ordered by mistake or changed your mind simply ship the part back and we will give you a refund less the shipping.
