All parts are marked in case of return to ensure all original parts are on the item and to ensure the item was not tampered with or swapped. We will also report such activities to the Federal Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3.gov) and/or the Postmaster General -Most electric parts have been tested and work well. If a part does not work for any reason or damaged during delivery, please CONTACT US FIRST before opening the return case. We will find a way to replace it or make a refund, as appropriate.
