Some vehicles have steering racks that MUST BE PROGRAMMED BY A DEALER FOR THEM TO FUNCTION, and some OEM manufacturers do not allow reprogramming of the steering rack without programming the entire vehicle or reflashing the module with its previous software. Reach out to your preferred OEM dealer to ensure that the part is programmable and will function as a used part prior to purchasing. You are responsible for ensuring it will work with your vehicle. MAKE SURE YOU PROGRAM AN ELECTRONIC STEERING RACK PRIOR TO DRIVING YOUR VEHICLE or it may DESTROY THE REPLACEMENT STEERING RACK. Tie rod ends will be removed for shipping but included in the package for reassembly when possible, but the tie rod ends are not guaranteed to be there or be any good.
