If for some reason the item is lost/damaged in the mail, I will open a claim with the carrier but it takes weeks 3 or 4 weeks maybe more for me to be reimburse; sadly I will not issue you a refund until I have received payment from the carrier, to many people have got refunds and the item (which came late) and I got nothing. Also the shipping company is a third party, I have no control over slow packages as long as I shipped it in the time frame given there is nothing I can do for you.
