Restored/rebuilt German Pierburg type 4 fuel pumps. These type 4 fuel pumps are fully disassembled. All the parts are cleaned in an industrial parts cleaner and are then inspected. New OEM ethanol rated Effbe diaphragms are installed on the original Pierburg assemblies. All the steel parts requiring it are stripped of their original, remaining zinc coating. They are then re-bright zinc plated. Each fuel pump goes through four different milling machine operations to level the mating surfaces dead flat for perfect sealing. The aluminum body has any surface corrosion removed with a special media. Both inlet and outlet tubes are removed, cleaned and then pressed back in with a retaining compound so they won't come out again. These rebuilt/restored German Pierburg fuel pumps are ready for decades of further use. I provide a 2 year warranty from time of purchase too.
