\*\*PLEASE READ\*\* You are purchasing repair service for your current Automotive Control Module. You must remove your automotive control module and mail it to us for the repair service to be completed. Handling & Repair time: Once we recieve your unit the repairs are typically done within 24-72hrs and then returned. Once we recieve your module for repair we: - Run our testing simulations and do a full diagnostics scan right out of the box. - Disassemble and make all necessary repairs. - Perform another full diagnosis. - Re-coat PCB and seal the unit to protect against shorts & moisture damage. - Run one final tests & package it up  for return. This repair only fixes your damaged module.  You MUST repair what caused the module to fail in the first place before installing your newly repaired unit or it may be damaged again. How it works: 1. You or mechanic removes your control module shown in listing. 2. Package your unit up securely & include a note with your name, return address & your symptoms. 3. Purchase listing, The mailing address will be provided and you will need to ship your unit to us.   We will cover the return shipping to you. 4. Once package is received repairs are generally completed in 24-72hrs. Then the unit is sent back USPS Ground, Priority or Express. 5. You recieve your original part that has been tested and any needed repairs done. Just PLUG IN & GO. **IF YOUR MODULE IS NOT REPAIRABLE:** If your unit is at fault and we are unable to repair it. (Generally because of heavy liquid or burn damage) then we can usually do one of the following: - **Issue a full Refund.** - **Provide a replacement for plug and play install (additional part cost required)** **IF YOUR MODULE PASSES TESTING & IS NOT AT FAULT:** If your unit turns out to be good by passing all initial testing with no faults found: - You can request we do the repair anyway (some like to do this for intermittent issues just so they can rule it out) - **Issue you a 50% refund.
