The cleats will hold a 30ft. snatch rope no problem. ►In great shape. We changed direction with how we mount tools in our truck, so up for sale they go! ►Made in the USA! ►Add your own adapters such as Quick Fists or rope cleats to mount everything from paddles to shovels to snow scrapers to ropes to ???????? ►These attach to the rails on the sides (and sometimes front) of the bed via T-slot nuts and heavy-duty bolts and washers (included). ►Powdercoated black wrinkle finish ►These have some scratches and scrapes from use.
