Here they are: Fan bearing assembly removed from an Audi 4.2L motor and rebuilt by replacing the actual bearing. Part number 077121211.   I had to rebuild one of these for my own A8 and have since rebuilt a few dozen more. The end result is a good-quality product that fits perfectly and works like new.
