For sale is a **REBUILDING SERVICE** for (2) Vanos units - M62TU BMW engine found in the E39, E38, E53 chassis. Send me your units in the mail - I will inspect and rebuild them using **Besian Systems seals and "press" them per Beisan systems procedure**, then check them for normal operation and send them back to you within two days. Included are the remaining O-Rings that come with the Beisan Systems kit. **Don't trust rebuilders using off-brand, cheap replacement seals.** Beisan Systems product is the only one that has been tested, trialed, and engineered to last for the lifetime of your vehicle. Cheap seals will fail faster than the original ones and leave you with poorly functioning Vanos units shortly after you have completed the replacement job. I am a longtime E38/E39/E53 mechanic and experienced rebuilder of these units, with dozens of Vanos units rebuilt. In my experience, installing rebuilt Vanos units greatly improves torque between 2,000 and 3,000RPM, and improves highway fuel efficiency as well!
