Rare! Cibie CSR Surface Complex 5.75" 146mm 5 3/4" low & high headlamp. NLA

Very rare Cibie CSR "Surface Complexe" 5.75" (146mm) headlamps, perfect for vintage car restorations or having something unique. Real glass for both low and high beams, featuring stunning factory "selective" yellow high beams—extremely rare and made for the French market, ideal for classic Citroën, Peugeot, or similar vehicles, but suitable for classic American cars such as Chevrolet Impala Caprice, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Buick, Ford, etc. and Japanese like Datsun—check fitment!  The yellow glass is original, not aftermarket tinted, for a distinctive look. All are used but in nice usable condition. The high beam yellows have black plastic holders attached for mounting. Unsure what these were mounted to and did not attempt to remove the holders. Please research best ways to remove and be super careful as these lamps are extremely rare! The low beams are designed for left-hand traffic countries (UK, Japan, Australia) with an upward kink on the left for sidewalk/shoulder visibility. Tabs on the low beams can be carefully shaved to rotate the lamps, adjusting the kink for right-hand traffic use (e.g., US or EU), though technical skill is recommended. Flat face lens, E2 code, and original CIBIE SC decals. Out of production for well over a decade, these require widely available H1 bulbs (included are old, recommend purchasing new like Osram, Narva, etc.). Known for "Surface Complexe" technology, these are among the best 5.75" period-correct lamps for vintage vehicles with 4-lamp systems.
