It has scratches and rust that I have pictured. It will **NOT**come with the mounting hardware. We do not guarantee fitment or finish, this is a factory second. Most of these blemishes are from issues with the powder coat, transportation mishaps, mishandling issues, or being moved around our shop here, but there could be issues with fitment, holes not lining up or the product not being straight.  This grille guard is sold as is, no warranty, refunds, or exchanges.
