We offer - 30-day - all parts - 90-day - special order items - 1 year - most mechanical parts ## Returns After receiving the purchased item, contact seller within 30 days if there are any problems with the merchandise. - NO returns for electical parts - NO returns for smog parts - Merchandise purchased and returned on a "not needed" basis is subject to a 25% restocking fee - Deposits are not refundable on "special order" items - All parts returns must be accompanied by the original invoice If a refund is to be given, it will be in the form of a merchandise credit. The warranty does not apply if parts are broken or taken apart by customer, or if motors and / or transmissions are not installed by a registered repair facility, except for this limited warranty such used parts are sold "As is" with all faults.
