If the unit arrives with **physical damage**, your core refund may be **reduced or completely voided**, depending on the extent of the damage. - The circuit board and display must not be physically damaged. - We may accept a core that has had a prior repair attempt, depending on the amount of damage. Please return your old unit to us with a tracking number. Your tracking number serves as proof of shipment and our receipt. * * * **Lifetime Warranty:** Your **Lifetime Warranty** is activated once we receive your old unit. This warranty covers the "blank screen" issue for the life of the unit. This means your rebuilt unit is guaranteed to never go blank again, and if it does, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you. 95 percent of Fuel gauge issues are due to a defect in the sensor in the fuel tank, not a fault in the cluster. ### **Critical Handling and Packaging Warning** **Please handle the speedometer unit with extreme care.** The glass display is **extremely fragile** and is sealed under a high vacuum. Any impact or rough handling can break this seal, allowing air to enter and permanently destroying the display. Replacing a broken display requires specialized work. **Warranty and Core Policy Regarding Broken Displays:** - **Broken displays are NOT covered under warranty.** We can replace the broken display on your rebuilt unit for a fee if it is returned to us. - **If you return a core unit with a broken display**, we **cannot issue the core refund** as the unit is no longer usable. - **This applies regardless of whether the display was broken before shipment or damaged in transit.** **PLEASE package your core unit carefully to prevent breakage during shipping** and ensure you receive your full core refund. All refunds will be processed after the unit has been inspected upon return. - **Unopened Returns:** A **10% deduction** will be applied to the refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs for returns where ALL of the packaging remains unopened and sealed.   (in this case, simply write "REFUSED" on the box, and give it to your carrier or postal clerk, and the USPS won't charge you return postage.) - **Opened or Installed Returns (Loss of Value):** A **20% deduction** will be applied to the refund amount for units that have been opened, installed, or returned in a condition that requires us to perform re-testing, de-programming, and preparation for re-sale.
