Heat the Bumper** We gently warm the bumper so it becomes flexible for shipping. **2\. Fold the Bumper** Once soft, we fold it inward. This is normal and safe — the bumper will return to its original shape. **3\. Pack & Ship** The folded bumper is placed in a secure box and shipped to you. - All parts are used with normal wear; major damage is noted in the listing. - All items are tested and inspected to ensure they are in proper working condition. - The warranty does not cover shipping, labor, or related charges.  Our bumpers are OEM. Please match your vehicle’s paint code before ordering  Our mirrors are OEM and may show regular wear and tear. Each one is tested before shipping  Our headlights are tested before shipping.
