We provide a 90-day warranty for certain parts, which will be indicated in the title description. The item must be returned in its original condition to qualify for warranty coverage. Any attempt to disassemble the part will void the warranty. Shipping We offer shipping services to any location within the contiguous United States. Alternatively, you may collect your item from our location in Bellport, New York, or Kearny, New Jersey. Addresses are available upon request. The shipping time for standard items is typically one business day. The shipping cost mentioned above is applicable only to the lower 48 states. Additional charges will be incurred for shipments to the following destinations: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, the Virgin Islands, FPO/APO, and Guam. For large items, there may be an additional shipping charge when shipping to West Coast states. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. The delivery timeframe is approximately 1 to 5 days for the lower 48 states. Freight Shipping Oversize items, such as bumpers, doors, hoods, trunk lids, engines, transmissions, and other similar items, will be shipped via freight services. The shipping cost provided is for a commercial address with Dock or a Fork Lift for unloading the freight. Residential addresses will incur a surcharge of $100 for home delivery and an additional $100 for liftgate service to unload the freight from the truck to a ground level. Freight must be inspected before signing any documents from the freight carrier, or the insurance will not be honored. If you receive a damaged freight shipment, do not sign for it and contact us immediately! Return Policy We accept returns if the item you received is defective or in non-working condition. When an item is returned, it will be inspected, and only then will the decision be made whether it is eligible for a refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of the item being received by the customer. If the item is non-functional or if it differs substantially from the description, please contact us so arrangements can be made for a return. We will also cover the shipping cost back to us for those items. We accept product returns on incorrect or unwanted parts, but the buyer is responsible for shipping charges both ways.
