This is a GM manufactured Cadillac part, with the original "wrinkle" pattern. Super condition!   The pad is still nice and soft, with no cracks, even at the pointy corner that always seems to be messed up {photo 2}.    The color is uniform across the entire surface with NO sun-fade.   All of the mounting studs are solid.   In fact 5 of the studs {3 along the bottom & 2 on top} have never been used as there is still vinyl covering them.   This piece is truly a rarity as virtually every one I see now is cracked, faded and worse.
