All warranty claims must be accompanied by said receipts, along with technician’s identification and valid copy of ASE certificates. **RETURNS** All warranty claims are required to return defective turbochargers for comprehensive failure analysis. After failure analysis has been performed and manufacturing flaw detected. JC Turbo will issue a  exchange at our own discretion.
