Here is an ignition lock cylinder & key taken from a 2009 Toyota Yaris. It is in good used condition with no damage. All mounting points are intact. There are no cracks or breaks. This was removed from a running vehicle, and is in good working order. 1 working factory key is included. Toyota part number: 69057-42221.
