They are USED, and show signs of use. \*\*NOTE\*\* : Lugs purchased will not be the exact set pictured in the photos, photos are an example set. Lugs will be of similar quality. Lugs pictured give an idea of the type of dings and cosmetic damage that is present on all of my sets. These lugs have cosmetic damage ONLY, and they are still structurally and functionally sound and in good condition. I thread check every single nut to make sure threading is clean.
