Transfer Case World will pay for the cost of return shipping. #### **Are Returns Accepted?** Certainly, you may return an item within 14 days from the date of purchase. However, returns are not permissible if the product has been fitted into a vehicle, or has been altered, modified, or damaged. To process a return with us, you’ll need to obtain a return authorization. Understanding the complexities of drivetrain diagnostics is exhausting, but before making a purchase, please ensure that the issue with your vehicle is indeed due to the transfer case. If a unit has been mounted in your vehicle, it becomes non-returnable. We encourage you to thoroughly verify the need for a transfer case replacement prior to placing an order. In addition to the purchase price paid, we expect to receive a qualified core in return and our original shipping container back in all sales unless other arrangements are agreed upon prior to purchase and notated as such on the invoice. You have 30 days from the invoice date to return a qualified core and the original shipping container to us. If we do not receive a qualified core and our original shipping container within 30 days, you will not have a warranty. **\*Note:** If you have a bad or missing core, call us to confirm your details.
