NOS Chevy GMC 78, 81-86 Truck Door Window Run Channel Weatherstrip GM 14004784

This listing is for (1) New Old Stock GM window channel weatherstrip, part # 14004784.   According to the GM parts books, this is correct for 1978 as well as 1981 to 1986 Chevy and GMC pickups.   I think it is also the same for 1987 to 1991 Blazer and Suburban.   The weatherstrip itself is sold aftermarket as being the same for pickups 1973 thru 1987 and Suburban / Blazer thru 1991.   I think the reason that the interchange listed in the GM parts books is different is because there appear to be at least 2 styles of attaching tabs on the OEM parts.   This is a New Old Stock GM part.   The packaging has seen better days but the part is good.   If you look closely at the picture, you will note that it sat on a shelf folded over for some time.   However, since this is a new part that has not yet been exposed to extreme heat and sunlight, I believe it should conform to the appropriate shape again pretty easily.   I only have this one available.
