Part number D0OZ-2B257-C. Part number stamped into the brass block is D2ZA- 2B328-AA (not correct on 70 &71 Models but will function the same). Includes the correct color brake pressure switch. This is a NOS part but has no original box. Very hard to find NOS. Perfect for your concourse restoration project! Because of the age, I might suggest a proper rebuild O-ring kit from a vendor like West Coast Classic Cougar to freshen up. Please check photos and part number for your particular application.
