**_Rare Antique New In Box_** **_New Old Stock_** **_Vehicle Engine Parts_** **_Economy Atomizer #1_** **_Patent # 1142674 circa 1915_** **_by Economy Mfg.    To put this into perspective, the average worker was making about $687 a year back then, so it would have cost over two full days of work to purchase this part in 1915._** **_Condition:_**The atomizer gasket is in unused pristine condition. The box has no tears and only one small stain.   This is new old stock, patent date corresponds to 1915.   The flat metal appears to be copper.   This is a universal part that fit many engines of the day.   There are varied opinions as to whether it worked or not.  See Photos. There may always be small manufacturer's defects or microscopic blemishes or flaws consistent with age and use which is to be expected in antique and  vintage items.   Rest assured that any major issues will always be both documented and photographed to the best of my ability.
