Since Denso remanufactured starters are no longer available for the 3FE engines, we searched for a good replacement. OE+ was the brand that we found that fits the bill. They are a premium quality aftermarket manufacturer. Fits the FJ62 and FJ80 with the 3FE engine using Part # 28100-60070 or use to upgrade your FJ40, FJ55 or FJ60 2F powered Cruiser. Each newly remanufactured OE+ starter: 1. goes through a set of performance tests, which is included in each box, 2. come with a non-transferable 2 year unlimited mileage warranty, 3. Made in Mexico What goes into their remanufactured process? Each starter has the below list done: 1. The solenoid is completely remanufactured or replaced with new 2. The brush plate holder is cleaned and plated for corrosion prevention. 3. The armature is tested and recoated. 4. The commutator is remachined or replaced for proper brush contact. 5. The drive is completely remanufactured or replaced. 6. The gear is chamfer checked. 7. We are a small business and there just is not enough bandwidth for this. **Returns:** - **Do you accept returns?** Yes, items that are new, unopened will receive a 100% refund. **Shipping:** - **I received a tracking number but it shows my package has not shipped.** First, we don't play the "create a label and ship it 2-3 days later" game. That is frustrating and a poor experience for our customers. That said, all the major carriers, especially USPS, are having delays. We are seeing transit times take up to 10 business days along with very delayed/incorrect statuses correctly. We've see many times where it says label created or picked up, a week goes by with no update and then it says out for delivery. Additionally, we can drop your package off at USPS, but they may take 1-2 days to process it before it will begin transit. USPS is shorthanded and cannot always process the volume of packages and letters they receive in a single day. Again, we ask for your patience as there is nothing that we can do and is beyond our control. Rest assured, your product has shipped and is in transit. - **When do you ship?** We ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If the USPS is closed, we do not ship and your order will go out on the next business day. Unofficially, most items will process within 24-48 hours.
